A lorry turned onto its side on the A10 road between Ely and Littleport on February 15.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Police said: "We were called at 1.20pm today with reports a truck had overturned on Grange Lane in Littleport.
"Our logs mention that the A10 northbound would be closed while recovery takes place and traffic will be diverted through Littleport."
A spokesperson for the East of England Ambulance Service said: "One ambulance and one ambulance officer vehicle were called to Grange Lane, Littleport this afternoon following reports of a road traffic collision.
"One patient was assessed at the scene, but ambulance transport was not required."
Cambridgeshire Police later confirmed that no one was harmed in the incident.
