Flooding Closures

Due to flooding, the following roads remain closed:

B1040 East Delph - Whittlesey

B1041 Mill Lane - Little Paxton

A1123 - Earith Bridge

Low Road - Fenstanton

A1303 Madingley Road - Cambridge

There are temporary traffic lights in place for emergency works by Cambs Water until February 26.

Alexandra Road - Wisbech

The road will be closed both ways to all traffic until February 26 due to emergency works by UK Power Networks.

Upend Road - Kirtling

The road is closed both ways to all traffic until February 27 due to emergency works by Anglian Water.

Coton Road - Grantchester

The road is closed both ways to all traffic until February 27 due to emergency works by UK Power Networks.

B1043 Huntingdon Road - Great Paxton

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles until February 28 due to emergency works by UK Power Networks.

Tunbridge Lane - Bottisham

The road is closed both ways to all traffic until February 28 due to emergency works by UK Power Networks.

Park Road - Cheveley 

The road is closed both ways until February 29 due to emergency works by Anglian Water.

Bridge Lane - Little Shelford

Temporary traffic lights are in place for emergency works by Cadent until March 4.

North Street - Burwell

The road will be closed both ways to all traffic until March 4, between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm daily (weekday only) for works.

High Road - Gorefield Footway

Works are taking place until March 4 daily from 9:30am - 2:30pm under multi-way temporary signals between Decoy Road and Fendyke Lane.

A505 Royston Road - Duxford

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between February 18 - April 27 between the hours of 9pm and 5am nightly for works.

High Street - Ashley

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between February 24 - March 3 due to works by UK Power Networks.

Mill Lane - Sawston

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between February 25 - March 1 due to works by UK Power Networks.

Whitemoor Road - March

The road will be closed at the level crossing both ways to all motor vehicles on February 26 between the hours of 9am and 2pm for works by Anglian Water.

Priory Street - Cambridge

The road will be closed to all motor vehicles between February 26 - February 29 due to works by Cambs Water.

New Barns Lane - Conington

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between February 26 - March 8 between the hours of 7:30am and 4pm daily for works.

B1085 Chippenham Road - Kennett

The road between the A11 off slip and roundabout will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between February 28 and March 6 between the hours of 8pm and 6am nightly due to works by National Highways.

Back Road - Murrow

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between February 28 - February 29 between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm daily due to works by Open Reach.

Station Road - Ely

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between February 28 - February 29 between the hours of 8pm and 6am for works.

B1098 Sixteen Foot Bank – Stonea 

Closed until March 8 due to works by Anglian Water. 

Rail Engineering Work - Midland Main Line

On March 9-10, March 17 and March 23-24, engineers will be laying new track to deliver smoother journeys between Syston and Helpston which will affect CrossCountry services from Leicester to Peterborough. A rail replacement bus will be in place to serve passengers along this route.

Stonald Road - Whittlesey

Closed both ways to all traffic until March 12 due to work by Cadent Gas.

Main Street - Yaxley

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles until March 15 between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm daily for carriageway works.

Forty Foot Bank - Chatteris

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles until March 15 due to works by Anglian Water.

A10 Milton Bypass - Milton

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between February 19 - March 15 between the hours of 9pm and 5am nightly (weeknights only) for carriageway works.

Newmarket Road - Great Abington (between Station Road and Bourn Bridge Road)

The road will be closed both ways to all traffic until March 15 between the hours of 7am and 5pm daily for works.

Fenstanton Busway

The South Section of the Busway will be closed in both directions for the erection of a permanent fence until March 29.
