Children at a Chatteris nursery marked the 80th anniversary of VE Day.
In preparation for the event, the children at Caterpillar Childcare created festive hats at home for a traditional tea party, complete with sandwiches, biscuits, cake, fruit, and crisps, supported by food donations from their families.
Each child was presented with a certificate to commemorate their participation in the celebration.
The commemorative event was complemented by decorations handmade by the children, and lessons about VE Day itself.
