A 'sinkhole' has appeared in a Fenland town this morning (Tuesday June 17).

The hole in Elwyn Road, March, was spotted by passers-by, who have since taken to social media to alert residents.

One local resident said: "I'm not sure I would describe it as a sinkhole.

"It's more concrete collapsing."

We have approached the county council's roads and highways team for comment.
