Two social media influencers - one of whom was recently successful on ITV’s 'YouBet' - are backing a world-first business that is based in the Fens.

'Digging with Dave' and Georgina William aka The_HappyDigger are supporting the Construction Edition official sticker album, which was started in March.

The magazine and album aims to ignite passion for the construction industry among the next generation of equipment operators, engineers, and innovators.

Paul Buist, publisher, The Construction Index – Construction Edition, said: "We’re excited to bring the construction industry to life in a fun, educational way.

“The Construction Edition sticker album is more than a collection, it’s a celebration of innovation, engineering and the joy of discovery.

"It combines the thrill of collecting with fascinating facts, making it a perfect gift for any child who loves diggers, cranes, and all things construction."

The collection, which is packed with history, facts and stats, brings together 20 world-famous OEM brands in a collectible set featuring 312 stickers, including 84 special shiny ones. Some of the brands featured include JCB, Bobcat, Hitachi, Yanmar, Takeuchi, Liebherr, Case, Komatsu and Kubota.

The Construction Edition official sticker album is now available at more than 3,100 major retailers across the UK, including Tesco, Nisa, Asda, Morrisons Daily, One Stop and many independent news retailers.

Each starter pack includes the album and 56 stickers to get collectors started.

Mr Buist added: "The launch comes at a pivotal moment for the construction sector, which employs over 2.3 million people in the UK alone and is projected to need 250,000 new workers annually through 2027 to meet infrastructure demands.

"By blending nostalgia with modern relevance, Construction Edition seeks to dismantle outdated stereotypes and showcase the industry's innovation, sustainability, and opportunities for apprenticeships and high-skilled roles."
