A Fenland couple's "lifelong dream" aims to "bring something a little different" to their hometown.
Holly Orridge and Tom Rack, who live in Chatteris, are taking their new Pasta Moré venture on the road - quite literally.
The pair, who also run marketing business Inkley Media, will serve fresh locally made pasta from their food van.
She said it's not just about pasta, however: "It’s about bringing something fresh, comforting, and a little different to our hometown."
With Holly's family having worked in catering for over 40 years, running and fronting kitchens in restaurants and hotels, her dad Paul will be head chef.
"It’s been a lifelong dream and seeing it come to life is a real bucket-list moment for us," said Holly.

She added that they chose pasta because they "saw a real gap in the market locally for something that feels fresher, lighter, and made with care.
"Pasta felt like the perfect fit - hearty, satisfying, and full of flavour."
She also said that, because pasta has always been a staple in their diet, "it only felt right to turn that love into something we could share".
As for their menu, all of Pasta Moré's sauces and focaccia are made fresh in-house "using quality ingredients and a lot of love".
Holly added: "Our goal isn’t to reinvent the wheel, but to serve restaurant-quality meals made with heart."
To start with, the business will be delivery-only, with free delivery to Chatteris, but there are plans to expand delivery routes in the future.
Having both grown up in the town, Holly said she and Tom are "genuinely proud to serve our local community and give something back to the place that shaped us".
Pasta Moré will also be popping up at local pubs, markets, and events - starting with The Three Tuns, Doddington, on November 23 from 5pm to 8pm.
The owners are also taking private bookings for special occasions.
Holly added: "We’re always looking to evolve and grow, so keep an eye on our socials for the latest updates and events."
