Members of Manea’s Jogging and Running Group celebrated success at the Skylark Garden Centre races.
These races, which took place at Skylark Garden Centre in Wimblington, attract high-profile runners from more than 70 miles away.
All profits from the event are donated to Cancer Research UK.
The 10k race was won by Lee Hannaford, representing Manea Jogging and Running Group, with an impressive time of 43 minutes and 45.2 seconds, beating his closest rival by over two minutes.

Lee used the race to complete a personal challenge of running 200 miles in 10 days.
Paula Hannaford was the second woman to finish, with a time of 53 minutes and 46.7 seconds.
Roger Tolfree, founder of the group, praised the organisation of the Skylark event.
He said: "Many running events are administered by organisations that charge competitors big fees and keep the profits for themselves.

"Skylark, in contrast, give their profits to Cancer Research, a charity close to my heart.
"Clearly, enormous effort had gone into preparing the course for this event, with long, wide swathes of close-mown grass on well-drained soil; making a delightful running surface, despite continuous rain for a whole day-and-night before race-day.
"The route meandered around the Skylark lakes, making it one of the most scenic race I have attended.

"At the finish line, competitors were presented with medals, stunningly attractive trophies for the winners, and generous 'goodie bags' for everyone."
