A Cambridgeshire city has been named the best in the UK for outdoor dining and drinking.
New data from Rosehill places Ely in the top spot out of all cities in the UK, with Cambridge close behind in second place.
The findings analysed weather data to help identify the best cities for enjoying food and drink outdoors.
Their research examined average wind speed, hours of daylight, humidity, rainfall, and temperature across UK cities during May, June, July, and August.
Ely recorded average daytime temperatures of 20°C, wind speeds of 9.83mph, and around 15.83 hours of daylight.
Cambridge followed closely with an average daytime temperature of 19.75°C, slightly higher wind speeds of 9.85mph, and nearly the same hours of daylight.

Many of the best cities were located in southern England, though Perth in Scotland ranked fifth due to its low average wind speed and humidity, combined with its long hours of daylight in summer.
The other cities in the top five were Chelmsford in Essex and St Albans in Hertfordshire.
A spokesperson for Rosehill said: "When looking for the best pub garden to spend time in, we’d recommend revellers look at the furniture as well as the climate.
"For example, metal chairs may not be the most comfortable to sit on in the heat or for prolonged periods.
"If the garden does not have a lot of shade, you should check that there are parasols available to offer some protection from the sun."
