Police called to 'medical incident' at Tesco in March

Further details have emerged after emergency services rushed to a supermarket in the Fens.

Police were called to Tesco Superstore, on Hostmoor Avenue, in March, at 9.51pm on Friday (August 21).

Officers arrived to a medical incident involving a child, Cambridgeshire Constabulary confirmed today (Saturday, August 22).

A spokesperson for the force said: "A child became unwell in the store and was conveyed to Peterborough City Hospital."
