A WOMAN had her handbag stolen as she walked through a Fenland town on Friday morning.
The 32-year-old was strolling along Station Road in Whittlesey at around 7.10am. She was placing her phone in her bag when a man cycled past and snatched it.
The man is white and described as being in his late teens, slim and wearing a dark blue hooded top. He was riding a black and red bike.
Sgt Matt Swash said: “I would like to speak to anyone who has any information about this theft or the man responsible.”
