BUDDING TV star Scott English was rubbing shoulders with one of Britain's top comedy double acts when he filmed for BBC hit show Little Britain.
Twenty-two-year-old Scott, from March, got to work alongside Matt Lucas and David Walliams at a location near London to film for a new episode, due to be aired at Christmas.
He said: "The filming went well and it was really exciting to work with Matt, David, the cast and the rest of the crew."
Scott, who has the genetic dwarf condition achondroplasia, won a discrimination case against Kwik Save supermarket in Whittlesey in March, 2004 after bosses ridiculed his height.
But since then his showbiz career has kicked off after he was spotted walking through Whittlesey by Warwick Davis, a star in all four Harry Potter movies.
He worked at Alton Towers in December, 2005 as an elf in the Christmas period, and filmed for upcoming Channel Four show Freaky, which will begin on September 16.
He also performed in the Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs pantomime at Swansea's Grand Theatre, where he performed alongside ex-EastEnders and Footballers' Wives actress Gillian Taylforth. Scott will soon be performing in the same pantomime in Ipswich from December 15 to January 7.
He will be working alongside Anita Dobson, whose work includes playing Angie Watts in EastEnders in the 1980s.
Scott is now also a regular feature in car tuning magazine, Max Power. He is part of a three-man group called the Mini Maxers who carry out tasks as set by readers, provided they are not life-threatening, for a light-hearted monthly feature.
