A WELNEY man is part of a team which is celebrating after its online magazine and website exceeded all expectations.

Enagri is a new magazine designed specifically for the increasing numbers of farmers who are entering the energy crops market, or are simply interested in usable forms of renewable energy, such as wind and solar power.

The magazine covers a range of energy topics that are of interest to farmers and others in rural areas.

Stuart Cree, who lives with his young family at Welney, said: "The potential for renewable energy to revitalise and change farming as we know it today is phenomenal."

Almost 3,000 people have viewed or downloaded the magazine since the first issue was published at the end of March.

For those who are unable to download, a sample copy is available from the publishers at a nominal charge of £2 to cover printing and postage.
