THE A141 was closed for almost three hours last night after a two-vehicle collision which saw a car enter a ditch.
The collision happened at 5.15pm on the Isle of Ely Way close to the Parkfield Sports Club, Wimblington. It involved a Ford Transit van and a silver Volvo V70.
A man was cut free from the car and was taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital, in Huntingdon, with slight injuries.
The road was closed at the junction of Manea Road, Wimblington, and Chatteris while recovery crews cleared the wreckage. The road was reopened at 8pm.
