An air ambulance touched down in March yesterday after a woman in her 30s went into cardiac arrest.
Magpas Helimedix – with a doctor and two paramedics on board- landed just before 4pm.
A Magpas spokesman said: “The team provided advanced life support for the patient and administered specialist drugs.
“They then accompanied her by land ambulance to Peterborough City Hospital, monitoring her condition all the way.”
The spokesman added that on arrival at hospital “the woman was in a serious but stable condition”.
