Discount supermarket Aldi has snapped up Fenland pumpkins to supply its customers this autumn.
Aldi is taking its supply from K J Curson Farms of Upwell which has been growing pumpkins for the past decade.
The farm has 450 acres given over to its seasonal supply of pumpkins
Farm spokesman Stuart Gibson said those carving out pumpkins for Halloween should leave it as late as possible.
“Carve it the day before Halloween, or that day, if you can,” he said.
