An 80 year old woman and her son to appear at crown court charged with having an out of control dangerous dog

An 80 year old woman and a 41 year old man will appear at court to face a charge of having a dangerously out of control dog that bit a young girl’s face.
The pair will appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday September 20.
The charge relates to an attack by a Jack Russell on a five year old girl on June 19.
The incident happened in Estover Road, March.
