I WONDER - am I the only one who is fed up with clearing up the copious amount of loose straw that is deposited in my front and back gardens, not to mention being blown into the house?
Having come off the uncovered straw lorries using Doddington Road, it blocks up the drains and creates dust that enters the open windows and settles inside the house on the window sills. Our golden retriever will very shortly become invisible against the debris when lying in the front garden.
Is it no longer a requirement that the straw load is covered and restrained? A piece of sharp straw could result in injury if blown into the face.
