A SKIP was set on fire at Saxon Brick Works in Whittlesey.
Fire fighters from Whittlesey and Stanground were called after smoke was seen at the site in Snoots Road, Whittlesey at 7.55pm yesterday (Monday, July 30).
They extinguished the blaze using one jet and returned to their bases by 9.35am.
“The cause of the fire was deliberate,” a spokesman for the fire service added.
Anyone with information should call Cambridgeshire Police on 101.
