THE people of Chatteris and March will be able to take their treasures along to their library to have them valued next week.
Laurence Seaton, of Whittlesey based auctioneers Buttercross, will be at Chatteris library on Tuesday between 2-3.30pm and March library on Friday between 11am-1pm to value your treasures.
You can bring them along and have them valued and either take them back home afterwards or leave them with Mr Seaton to be entered into auction.
If people have items which are too large to bring to the library or have difficulty getting to the event, home visits can be arranged.
There is no set charge for a valuation but donations, which will go towards ‘FROLIC’, ‘Chatteris Archive’ and other Fenland charities, will be welcomed.
