OVER the past 12 months Fenland Council's leisure centres have been listening to their customers' comments and suggestions and, as a result, has launched a new on-line booking system.

Councillor Steve Garratt, portfolio holder for sport, leisure and young people, said: "What a fantastic addition to the services we already offer. This will cut down on the time customers need to queue at reception to book in for their activities.

"Customers have been telling us that it can be difficult to book in for fitness classes and other activities because of the popularity of our facilities. Now they will be able to book on-line 24/7 and beat the queues."

- For further details on how to register for on-line bookings, contact your local leisure centre: Hudson on 01945 584230 or e-mail hudson@fenland.gov.uk; Manor on 01733 202298 or e-mail manor@fenland.gov.uk; George Campbell on 01354 622399 or e-mail gcampbell@fenland.gov.uk
