HAVING read the article on May 12 about youngsters dicing with death, I felt I had to give my opinion.
My son attends Cromwell College and I was quite surprised when we first moved here in July 2003 to see that Cromwell has no school sign or flashing lights to make drivers aware that they are approaching a school.
I think that would stop some of the drivers from going too fast, as I have often seen them do. I also think parents are to blame for parking on both sides of the road when they come to pick their children up.
I have been guilty of this myself.
