LOU Martins and Twanette Lourens scooped top spot in the George Campbell Leisure Centre 15-metre Bleep Test Challenge, the fitness test used by the Police and the Army.

Lou and Twanette, both members of the Lifestyle Gym at the centre, put on a blistering performance dashing between two points 15 metres apart in a race in against time as the gaps between audible bleeps gets shorter and shorter.

Lou scored 12 in the charity challenge and Twanette scored 9.6 - and helped raise more than £30 for the British Heart Foundation.
