Police searching for a missing man from Outwell have today (Wednesday) found a body in River Nene in Wisbech.
The body of 59-year-old David Neale, of St Clements Close, who was reported missing on Sunday, was found in the river at about 3pm this afternoon following extensive searches by officers with assistance from the Broadsbeat Team.
A police spokesman said: “The death is currently being treated as unexplained and a post mortem examination will take place in due course.”
Mr Neale had last been seen at the Horsefair Shopping Centre at about 2.30pm on Sunday.
