Bonne visite for French students at Cromwell

FRENCH students enjoyed a great school exchange trip thanks to their Cromwell Community College hosts.

The Chatteris secondary organised a week of events for pupils from the Vierzon school in France including visits to Ely Cathedral, the London Eye and St John’s College, Cambridge as part of its first French exchange in years.

After trips to Warwick Castle, the British Museum and Coventry Transport Museum, the French and English students got together at Cromwell’s Learning Resource Centre where they produced the ‘Exchange Mate’ newspaper of their time in the Fens.

The French students departed from Chatteris on Saturday, March 17.
