I’M happy to report a good outcome for Councillor Andrew Pugh, the Mayor of March.
He managed to hang on to his driving licence, despite doing more than 100mph on the A1.
Andrew popped into the “confessional” at the office on Friday and told me he was delighted to keep his licence but took a bruising with a �460 fine and six points on his licence.
