THERE are still some Tories in March less than convinced that Pop Jolley, the Manea parish councillor and former deputy leader at Fenland Hall, will definitely contest this May’s Fenland District Council elections.
Whatever the reasons for doubting his intent (perhaps he won’t enjoy the constant questioning as to why he resigned first time round, a resignation never properly explained) until nominations close the uncertainty remains.
