A GROUP of budding photographers displayed their work at March Town Hall as part of a youth art identity project.
Eight youngsters took part in the scheme, which saw them loaned cameras and asked to take pictures which would represent their personalities and interests.
The result was a stunning collection of images, which was exhibited at the town hall earlier this month. Part of the exhibition is still on show at March Museum until next Thursday.
The photography project, which ran throughout the summer holidays, was supported by Cambridgeshire County Council’s March and Chatteris Youth Support Service.
Six sessions were held over the holidays which invited the youngsters to explore their identity, what was important to them and how they fit into their community.
They had the opportunity to work with photographer Karen Harvey, from Atelier East, to edit their photographs for display and there was also a residential trip to Sandalwood Farm.
