A FENLAND firm is promoting the benefits of offering work experience to young people after a local student who spent a fortnight with them resulted in her being offered full time employment.
Former Cromwell Community College student Amber Mount is the second work experience placement to be offered a full time role at March firm CUB.
Louis Fairfax, Managing Director, said: “We are fully committed to the work experience programme with the Job centre and local schools.
“We see it as a way to give something back to the community by giving people a kick start to their career by gaining that much-needed experience and reference whilst also giving us a great opportunity to spot new talent for the business.”
