The East Cambridgeshire factory of one of Europe’s largest growers and suppliers of fresh vegetables won the Employer of the Year crown.
Produce World, which has a factory in Isleham, is an industry leader in sustainable and responsible agronomy, growing and supply chain management.
The Judges said: “Produce World demonstrated excellent working conditions with regular and effective employee communication channels.
“Group policy dictates the majority of processes, however good ideas and initiatives are now utilised throughout the company.”
