A SPECIALIST planning lawyer has joined the residential conveyancing team at Fenland law firm Fraser Dawbarns.
Julie Barrow joins the Wisbech office having spent the past three-and-a-half years working as a planning and enforcement officer.
Iain Grimes, head of the firm’s residential conveyancing team, said: “This is an appointment that we are delighted to announce. Julie has been on our radar for some time and we are very pleased that she is now joining us.
“Her experience as both a lawyer and planning officer gives her a unique insight into the planning process and I am confident that clients will be as impressed with her expertise as we are.”
Julie trained as a conveyancer in King’s Lynn and has a detailed knowledge of Fenland and west Norfolk. Her property and planning experience means she is well placed to deal with matters relating to both the sale and acquisition of property and land, and to matters relating to the obtaining of planning permission, planning obligation agreements and enforcement notices.
