CADETS from 1220 (March) Squadron Air Training Corps helped at the famous Flying Legends weekend at Duxford, and a couple of the youngsters were thrilled to have the chance to sit inside an iconic Spitire plane during the event.
The cadets gave assistance by lining up in front of aircraft during the flight line walk, ensuring that members of the public did not get too close to the aircraft.
The youngsters particularly enjoyed the formation flying by eight Spitfires, which were joined by two Hurricanes and a German ME109.
At the end of the event, the cadets helped dismantle a full size replica Hurricane.
