Calls for potholes to be repaired on entrance to Hudson Leisure Centre in Wisbech

CALLS were made to repair potholes on the approach road of a Fenland leisure centre at the district council’s full meeting.

Councillor Roger Green asked the council at Thursday’s meeting why work hadn’t been carried out on potholes on the approach road to the Hudson Leisure Centre in Wisbech.

Councillor Steve Garratt, portfolio holder for leisure, said: “The road belongs to highways. The manager of the Hudson is calling highways daily to plead with them to get the potholes filled in.”
