LAST Thursday March Camera Club had its first monthly print and slide competition of the 2006/2007 programme.
The competition attracted an entry of 21 prints and 16 slides, judged by a panel of three club members, John Band, Allan Howe and Eddie Venni.
Mel Harris won the print section with a black and white photograph taken at the Tudor re-enactment weekend at Kentwell Hall entitled Tudor Needlework.
Runner-up, with a colour photograph of a white water canoeist and entitled Wet Wet Wet was John Band.
Peter James won the Slide Section with a low-light photograph entitled Storm Light. Mel Harris was runner-up with a photograph entitled Church Interior - Happisburgh.
Steve Williams, chairman, thanked the judges and complimented the winners and all those who had entered.
