A car with a worn, shredded tyre and no MOT in two years has been seized by police in March.

Officers say the vehicle was “driving around” with a tyre in this condition, no MOT and no insurance.

The image was posted on the Beds, Cambs and Herts Roads Policing Unit Twitter page.

They tweeted: “Driving around with a tyre like this is unacceptable.

“This vehicle in #March was also uninsured and its last Mot was two years ago. Car seized and driver reported.”
