Mr Nicholas added: “Next the ambulance man and nurse from Downham Market, the paramedic and the Magpas Helimedix team who all supported me on the way to Norfolk and Norwich hospital - you all helped save my life. I am home now, although very weak and I would like to thank you all for your wonderful, highly qualified team effort and for putting me on the road to recovery. I will remain forever grateful,”
