More than 30 mayors from across Cambridgeshire congregated at a Fenland church for the mayor of Whittlesey's civic service.
They, and more than 100 other people, enjoyed a service at the Holy Trinity Church, Coates, before afternoon tea at Coates village hall.
A total of £400 was raised through the service collection, which will be divided between the church and the Scaldgate Club, a club in Whittlesey for adults with learning difficulties.
Councillor Pam Potts, mayor of Whittlesey, thanked everyone who attended her service, and for their generosity.
