A charity is on the lookout for volunteers to support breast feeding mums.
Ormiston wants the volunteers to act as breast feeding peer supporters at their children’s centres in March, Chatteris and Whittlesey.
An Ormiston spokesman said: “Have you breast fed your own child and would you like to support mothers with their breast feeding needs?
“As a Breastfeeding Peer Supporter, we are looking for people to offer support to breast feeding mothers or parents-to-be.
“Information and support is offered at antenatal classes, breast feeding workshops or during weekly breast feeding support groups.”
The charity is running training courses (eight weeks of two hour sessions). Places are limited. For more information about the course, call Anna 01354 656581 or e-mail anna.palmer@ormiston.org
