THE box office at Chatteris Community Cinema at the King Edward Centre sold out of tickets within the first hour of opening when our premiere film made in Dagenham was shown.
Don’t miss out this time when we have two films on offer a matinee performance of Toy Story 3 and an evening performance of the Social Network on March 4. The Box office is open at the King Edward Centre on Saturday February 26 10am to noon so make sure you get down there early to get your tickets. The box office also open on February 28 and March 2 between 6pm and 8pm.
The cinema was packed to capacity at its opening and the reaction received from the audience were very positive. “A good night out”, “Really enjoyed the performance” “Surprised at the hight professional standard of the film and sound” were some of the comments received. The cinema is a community non profit making project run solely by volunteers. Films shown monthly. The community can become more involved by telling the volunteers exactly what they would like to see screened.
