CHATTERIS Conservative Club have raised �400 to help Kingsfield Pre-School buy new classroom equipment.
Children and staff at Kingsfield were thrilled to receive the cheque, which will help them expand the pre-school.
Margaret Billimore, sports and social secretary for the conservative club, said they had raised the money during two quiz nights.
She said: “We are delighted to be able to help the school and its children as we have helped others in the past.
“Next year we are looking to raise some money for Kingfishers Swimming Club.”
