More than 40 people attended the Whittlesey Conservatives cheese and wine fundraising party, raising £620 for party funds.
Guest of honour was North East Cambs MP Steve Barclay, who spoke at the party.
The event, held at the home of Robert and Julie Windle, was a double celebration with Mr Barclay being promoted to being a government whip and the Conservative election successes in Whittlesey in May.
