Archant

School leavers turned into knights and princesses at Clarence House, Chatteris yesterday as they celebrated their graduation.

The day included different games - musical chairs, pass the parcel and a piñata. There was also face-painting, party food for tea and all of the children and staff dressed up as either princesses or knights. Lee-Ann Watson, nursery manager, said: “All the children had a really good day, they all dressed up and a lot of effort was put into their costumes.

“I would like to thank the parents for their support by dressing their children up, providing food and for attending the party.

“All the staff will miss the children going to school this year but we wish them the best of luck on their new journey.”
