AROUND 70 people braved a cool and blustery afternoon for this summer’s final concert in West End Park, March, given by the City of Ely Military Band.

The Mayor of March, Councillor Andrew Pugh, thanked the band for providing an excellent concert despite the weather.

Cllr Pugh also thanked those who have supported this year’s concerts, which were sponsored by March Town Council, and said he looked forward to next summer’s programme.
