Two cars collided on the stretch of road between Wimblington and Chatteris at about 6.25am today.
The occupants of both cars suffered minor injuries but police had to close the road between the Slade End roundabout, Chatteris, and the junction with Manea Road, Wimblington. It reopened at 8.15am.
Yesterday, the same stretch of the A141 was closed for two hours after a two-vehicle head-on collision. A driver suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries and was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, via air ambulance.
