FIREFIGHTERS tackled a burning combine harvester last night.
One crew from Dogsthorpe and one crew from Thorney were called to the fire in Willow Hall Lane, Thorney, at 8.40pm.
Crews used four jets to extinguish the fire and returned to their stations by 10.25pm.
The cause of the fire was accidental, by equipment.
