A LORRY driver from Wisbech, involved in an accident in which a teenager died 20 days after passing his driving test, is to face a charge of driving with excess speed.Michael Nutkins, 17, was killed when his Vauxhall Corsa was in collision with a DAF tipper lorry in Godmanchester last September. An inquest in Huntingdon heard this week that lorry driver Graham Salmon, 48, of Wisbech, had been driving in excess of the 40mph speed limit for his vehicle on the road when the accident happened. But the inquest also heard it was a "matter of speculation whether Michael's inexperience may have been a factor in this collision".
