A car was left on its side in a field after reportedly being involved in a head on crash with a tractor on the A141.
Motorists were delayed after the car and tractor collided on the A141 between Chatteris and Warboys at around 4pm this afternoon (Thursday 25).
The accident caused one of the tractor’s wheels to become dislodged, and oil spilt all over the road’s surface.
A witness said: “Traffic is backed up - the tractor is blocking one side of the road so we’re taking turns to go through.”
Police and paramedics attended the scene and motorists were advised to avoid the area.
