TWO men charged with stealing more than �10,000 worth of goods from Tesco in Wisbech have been committed for trial at Cambridge Crown Court.
Barry Hind, 64, of Beechings Close, Wisbech St Mary; and Christopher Price, 61, of Worsley Chase, March are accused of stealing six cases of wine, a case of vodka, a case of Tracker bars, a case of biscuits and a case of Spontex cloths worth a total of �521 on August 5.
It is also alleged the two men stole �9,865 worth of items between February 1 and August 4 last year.
They were given unconditional bail by Fenland magistrates, and ordered to appear at the Cambridge court for a preliminary hearing on February 25.
