A cyclist is in a serious condition in Addenbrooke’s Hospital after he was in a collision with a van on the A142 between Sutton and Mepal.
The accident happened at about 10.20am on Saturday (22).
A Cambridgeshire Police spokesman said that a male cyclist was in collision with a white Ford Transit van.
He was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge where he remains in a serious condition.
The driver of the van was uninjured.
Police have launched a witness appeal and is urging anybody with information to call the Roads Policing Unit on 101.
