ABOUT 60 people attended a dance in the Community Centre on Friday, raising £200 for the centre. Music was provided by Chris Booth on his electric organ. During the interval a buffet supper, prepared by Ann Johnson, Sheila Proctor, Cath Mallett and Elsie Trundle, was served. A raffle was also held and the proceeds were for the Community Centre Funds. The event was organised by Joe and Ann Johnson.
