RE your front page of the September 17, “Mother complains of schools attitude to daughter’s piercings” This is typical of today’s do as you want culture, don’t respect the rules if you don’t agree with them and ignore the majority that do abide by the regulations.
RE your front page of the September 17, “Mother complains of schools attitude to daughter’s piercings” This is typical of today’s do as you want culture, don’t respect the rules if you don’t agree with them and ignore the majority that do abide by the regulations.
This couple are setting a terrible example to their daughter by supporting her breach of the rules. Even more concerning is the fact that they have allowed a 14 year old girl to mutilate herself with a facial piecing, not only dangerous in the school environment but leaving her scarred for life.
I would say to the parents stop behaving like spoilt children and make sure that your daughter conforms and to the school I say please stick to your guns over this and similar matters.
